Join a rapidly scaling, remote-first AI company as a **Senior Account Manager - Strategic Partnerships**. In this role, you’ll act as the lead relationship manager across our most strategic clients, ensuring long-term success by aligning our product’s capabilities with their evolving goals.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise-level accounts
- Lead onboarding, integration, and implementation efforts for new clients
- Guide strategic planning sessions to identify new use cases and deepen adoption
- Surface client insights and collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams
- Build executive-level relationships and influence key stakeholders
- Champion client needs internally and ensure their voice is represented in the product roadmap
**What We’re Looking For**
- 5+ years of experience managing high-value client relationships in SaaS or consulting
- Strategic thinker with strong presentation and executive communication skills
- A track record of reducing churn and expanding client revenue through value delivery
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with automation, AI tools, or complex B2B platforms
