**Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays 9am to 5pm EST**

**Requirements**:

- **Fluent English Level**: Advanced (Minimum C1 level)
- Previous experience in customer service or similar roles is desirable.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
