We are more than 2.500 employees in our BA Global Business Center. We are a team of 150 employees who work in the Tax compliance, Audit, and advisory space. We are always looking for ways to enhance what we do. We do this by fully understanding tax regulations, different business scenarios and leveraging tools to innovate.

Working in Americas Tax from Buenos Aires, you will have challenging assignments involving compliance, audit and advisory activities for North America and Argentina.

We are also part of a global team and work side-by-side with U.S. & Canada colleagues.

**What role you will play in your team**:
As a US Income Tax Senior Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in advancing our capability strategy. You will leverage your expertise to navigate complex tax regulations, optimize tax positions, and support strategic business decisions.



This role offers a unique opportunity to work on high-impact projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams. You will be exposed daily to business, legal, and finance questions, as tax is all about solving problems.

You will undergo comprehensive training to develop advanced tax technical knowledge and other essential skills, paving the way for a successful career within our organization. This position is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

**What you will do**:

- Conduct deep analysis of US income tax regulations and their implications on business operations.
- Prepare and review federal and state income tax returns, ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.
- Identify and implement tax planning opportunities to minimize tax liabilities and enhance overall tax efficiency.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide tax insights and support strategic initiatives.
- Assist with audit activities to ensure compliance with governmental requirements.
- Mentor and develop junior tax analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Engage with an interesting ecosystem including companies, advisors, and authorities. It’s technical and challenging, with constant change, ensuring it's never boring!

**About you**:

- You have a solid background in US income tax, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- You excel at analyzing complex tax issues and providing clear, actionable recommendations.




- You are a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- You thrive in a collaborative environment and are committed to driving team success.
- You hold a CPA or equivalent certification, with a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
