**What you will do**
- Partner with clients to define position requirements, success profiles, and evaluation criteria.
- Maintain accurate records of recruiting activities in our CRM and ATS.
- Collaborate with the internal team to refine workflows, improve outreach strategies,
and optimize client satisfaction.
**About you**
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or staffing (agency or corporate).
- Strong communication and interviewing skills with a natural curiosity for understanding people and roles.
- Experience with sourcing and recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Workwolf, or other ATS platforms.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple searches simultaneously.
- Tech-savvy with familiarity in Google Workspace and CRM systems.
- Collaborative spirit, positive attitude, and passion for helping others succeed.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English
