**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals
- Manage the offer process, including negotiating salary and benefits packages**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in healthcare recruitment, with a focus on the US market
- Proven track record of successfully recruiting healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, allied health professionals, etc.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Pay: Up to $1,000,000.00 per month
