As a Software Test Engineer, you will be responsible for testing software, product roadmap, and new customer implementations. You will also be responsible for answering and resolving support tickets submitted by customers. This role involves working with a team of developers, implementers, and customers.

*Duties*
- Conduct calls and meetings development team
- Find + document software issues and uncover user experience improvements
- Create tickets & test tickets once resolved by development team
- Test ERP integrations
- Test new software features
- Provide exceptional support in English/Spanish

*Qualifications*
- Proven experience in software testing, software product, accounting, or distribution
- Strong understanding of testing practices and customer service practices
- Communication skills in both Spanish + English
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in software is a plus
- Prior experience with accounting, WMS, DSD, or ERP systems is a plus
- Must have an equivalent Bachelors or Masters Degree
- Paid time off

Schedule:

- Day shift

Work Location: Remote

Pay: $816,850.09 - $1,057,100.11 per month
