**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions
- Lead the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute strategic campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to ensure a competitive edge
- Conduct client presentations and deliver compelling sales pitches to secure deals
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Provide feedback to the marketing team to optimize lead generation and engagement strategies
- Create and manage a sales pipeline to ensure consistent deal flow and growth
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction post-sale

**Requirements**:





- Proven experience in sales and business development, with a strong track record of closing deals
- Deep understanding of marketing strategies, lead generation, and digital marketing tools
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and negotiate with clients effectively
- Ability to develop and implement growth strategies that align with business goals
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and analytical mindset to assess market opportunities
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience in retail or tech industries
- Knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and content strategy
- Bilingual is a plus
