**Who you’ll be working with**

We’re looking for a full-time Graphic Designer who has strong creative and production skills, who can implement the corporate identity cohesively throughout all touch points. As a Graphic designer you will be responsible for conceptualizing, producing, managing, and optimizing graphic on-brand assets for use across websites, social media platforms, videos, sales funnels and ads. You will collaborate closely with the lead graphic designer, Marketing and Sales.

**What you’ll be doing**
- Collaborate closely with the lead designer to establish and uphold brand guidelines, visual style, design direction, and marketing collateral materials.
- Provide design support for presentations.
- Continuously acquire knowledge about Codal's services and maintain a deep understanding of B2B audiences.




- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and work stream.

**What you’ll need to be successful (Requirements)**
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in a design agency or in-house creative department.
- Strong conceptual skills, a keen sense of design, layout, and typography, with the ability to offer diverse design solutions.
- Experience with Figma, & Adobe Suite.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with project managers.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to process and react to issues in a timely manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively, contribute to brainstorming sessions, team meetings, presentations, and offer creative input.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to consistently meet deadlines.
- Motion graphics skills are a plus.
