MassNexus is growing! — We’re hiring for two roles in LATAM in the search for a Sales & Account Manager to manage client relationships and act as the bridge between clients and the internal marketing performance team.
MassNexus is a U.S.-based performance marketing company focused on lead generation and customer acquisition. Through digital advertising campaigns, campaign optimization, and performance tracking, the company connects high-intent consumers with partner businesses and helps drive measurable growth.
About the role
Contractor position
100% Remote | Full-time | 9 AM – 6 PM EST Time
This role focuses primarily on account management, campaign performance communication, and client relationship development, while supporting account growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with assigned client accounts
- Conduct weekly performance calls with clients
- Provide campaign performance updates and insights
- Coordinate internally with media buyers and operations teams
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign results
- Support account growth and client retention
- Maintain regular communication with clients and internal teams
Requirements
- 3+ Experience in account management, client success, or sales
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to understand and communicate performance marketing metrics
- Organized and able to manage multiple client accounts
- Experience in digital marketing or lead generation is a plus
- Advanced English level required
- The role requires candidates to have their own computer/laptop, headset, and stable internet connection.

Training will be provided on MassNexus’ internal tools and reporting workflows.
