When a property manager requests an inspection, the team coordinates with residents, sends a trained technician to the property, and delivers a photo-rich report documenting the home's condition.These reports are used during move-ins, move-outs, lease renewals, and periodic property checks.
Property managers rely on them to document damage, identify maintenance issues, reduce disputes, and keep property owners informed about the condition of their homes.The RoleThis role owns the customer-facing workload across the full client lifecycle: demos and discovery with new prospects, kickoff calls with new customers, and recurring check-ins with existing clients where feedback, scope questions, and account growth get worked out.Success means prospects close because they understood and trusted the service, and existing clients renew and expand because they feel taken care of.The Account Manager will:Run service demos tailored to property managers' workflowsWalk prospects through real inspection reports during demos and discoveryQualify inbound prospects and route strategic deals to the CEOLead kickoff calls for new customers and guide them through their first inspection cycleRun recurring check-ins with existing clients to review report quality, surface feedback, and discuss expansionTravel to US property management conferences (NARPM and others)
two to four times a yearCoordinate with the operations team on scheduling, technician feedback, and report qualityWrite clear follow-up notes after every customer callTurn recurring customer questions into guides and simple documentationThe Idóneo Candidate Brings:3+ years in a customer-facing B2B role (customer success, onboarding, implementation, account management, support, or sales)Experience working with US-based business customersComfort explaining and supporting workflow-heavy services or operationsExcellent spoken and written English with a US-neutral registerConfidence leading live video calls and product demosA tech-savvy, process-oriented mindsetStrong note-taking, organization, and follow-throughA warm, conversational presenceCoachability and curiosity about the industries they serveBonus Points:Direct experience working with US property management companies (in-house, vendor-side, or BPO)Background in adjacent industries: real estate services, field services, vacation rental management, insurance, or home servicesFamiliarity with property management software (AppFolio, Buildium, Propertyware, Rent Manager, or similar)NARPM exposure (member, attendee, or professional connection)Experience creating onboarding documentation, FAQs, or short training videosSome prior sales experience (discovery, demo, pricing conversations)What's Offered:Fully remote contractor roleOpen to candidates across Mexico and Latin AmericaWork aligned with US Central Time business hoursPTO includedCompetitive USD compensation (based on experience)Direct collaboration with the CEO and operations teamTravel to US industry conferences a few times a year (all expenses covered)Career growth path inside US property management servicesInterview Process1??
