Your RoleAs an Enrollment Sales Specialist, you will act as a key revenue driver, owning your pipeline of inbound leads and converting them into enrolled students.This is a conversion-focused role.We're looking for someone who is confident on the phone, skilled at handling objections,
and motivated by hitting targets — while still delivering a strong candidate experience.You will be responsible for moving candidates efficiently through the funnel, from initial conversation to final enrollment.You'll:Manage and convert a pipeline of inbound leadsConduct phone-based sales calls with prospective studentsQualify candidates and assess readiness to enrollPresent the program with clarity, confidence, and energyHandle objections and create urgency when appropriateFollow up persistently to close enrollmentsTrack pipeline and activity in CRM systemsHit and exceed monthly enrollment targetsContinuously improve your pitch, objection handling, and close rateYou Bring:2–5+ years of experience in sales (inside sales, high-ticket, or phone sales)Proven top-tier performance (consistent quota attainment; top 1% in your peer group)Strong objection-handling and closing skillsExcellent spoken English (C1–C2) with confidence on callsHigh energy, resilience, and results-driven mindsetComfort working in a metrics-driven, fast-paced environmentStrong follow-up discipline and organizationTech-savvy and comfortable with CRM toolsAvailability to work Eastern Time, 9:00am–5:00pmLocation: LatAm (any country), fully remoteWhat's Offered: Competitive compensation based on experience and fit Full-time schedule: Eastern Time, 9:00am–5:00pm 100% remote
