NCR Voyix is headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, and serves customers in more than 35 countries worldwide.The Assistant Facility Manager supports the Regional Facilities Manager in overseeing the operations,maintenance,and management of the Buenos Aires facility.This role requires hands-on experience in facilities management and property management to ensure the siteoperatesefficiently, meets safetystandards,and delivers a high-quality environment for tenants,employees,and visitors.
The AFM will coordinate maintenance activities, manage vendorrelationships,andassistwith budgeting and compliance for Argentina and help support other offices in the LATM region.Key Responsibilities:FacilitiesOperations: Assistin managing daily operations of thefacilityensuring all systems, HVACs, electrical, plumbing, etc. function optimally.
MaintenanceCoordination: Schedule and superviseroutinemaintenance,repairs,and inspections across sites, working with in-house teams and external contractors.Property Management Support: Addresstenant inquires, coordinate lease compliance, and support property related administrativetasks.Vendor Management: Source, Negotiate,



and Oversee contract with vendors and service providers for cleaning, landscaping, and other services.Budget Assistance:Support thedevelopment and monitoring of facility budgets, tracking expenses, andidentifyingcost saving opportunities.Compliance and Safety: Ensureall sites adhere to local,state,and federal regulations including fire safety, OSHAstandardsandenvironmentguidelines.Site Inspections: Conduct regular inspections of facilities toidentifymaintenance needs, safetyhazardsorsupport.Reporting: Prepareand send reports on facilities performance, maintenance activities, and incidenceto the facilities management.Emergency Response: Act as a point of contact for emergencies, coordinating rapidresponsefor emergencies.Team support: Assist intrainingonsoftware applications such as Oracle Cloud, Corrigo,andWorkDay.Qualifications:Experience: Minimum of 2-3years in facilities management including hands-on maintenance and operational oversight.
Tenant relations or propertymanagement experiencepreferred.
Experience managing multiple sites.
Skills: Strongorganizational and multi-tasking abilities.
Excellent communication skillsfor interacting with vendors,tenants,and internal teams.
ProficiencyinCMMS systemi.e.
Corrigo and MS Office suite.
Other Requirements:Valid driver's license and flexibility to respond to after-hour emergencies.
Physicalrequirements: ability to climb a ladder andliftupto 50 pounds.Offers of employment are conditional upon passage of screening criteria applicable to the job
