Good knowledge of medical terminology (preferred).
Awareness of legal terminology (preferred).
International certifications in the healthcare industry (PICSI, ALTA, HIPAA, etc.) are preferred.High school diploma or higher.Excellent listening, memory, note-taking, and communication skills.High emotional intelligence, cultural awareness,
