Lead the discussion with the markets to guarantee the Strategic intent is aligned Communication focusThis role will lead System orchestration to develop, scale and adopt RGM Strategies,



interfacing with multiple KO stakeholders from a broad range of OU areas such as Marketing Category, Human Insights, Strategy to local KO teams such as HUBs, Franchise and Frontline MKT, as well as Commercial, Marketing Teams of the Bottling system.
This role will influence and work with OU's Category Leads, Zone Franchise VPs/Directors, Commercial HUB Leads, Bottler Leads (Commercial and Marketing mainly), International connection with other OU's (Heads and Directors), Integral Commercial leaders from C&CL.;
Effectively communicate and build relationships at senior organization levels; communicate long-term vision through clear & simple messages.
Knowledge requirements (must have / nice to have)Master: Commercial Channel Strategy & Execution, RGM, Segmentation, Franchise Leadership, Business Planning & Project Management.
Proven: Strategic and Analytical skills as well as outstanding influencing skills.
Ability to think from planning to execution and solid system commercial, digital, franchise and customer management.
