Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking a Mainframe / COBOL Developer to design, develop, and maintain reliable and high-performance mainframe applications, ensuring stability and efficiency across critical systems.If you are passionate about mainframe technologies, legacy system optimization, and building robust enterprise applications using COBOL, this role is for you.At TCS, we foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement, offering long-term growth opportunities in a general technology environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, code, test, and debug mainframe applications using COBOL, CICS, and JCLMaintain and enhance existing mainframe systems and applicationsTroubleshoot production issues and perform performance tuning and optimizationCollaborate with system analysts, project managers, and cross-functional teams to gather requirementsDevelop and execute unit, system, integration, and regression testingEnsure application reliability, scalability, and data integrityMaintain detailed technical documentation of code and system processesSupport system upgrades, enhancements,
