As a Payroll Associate, you will own key payroll processes, apply strong controls, and partner with internal teams and vendors to resolve issues quickly and effectively.

We value detail-oriented, service-minded professionals who thrive under deadlines.As a Payroll Associate in our Payroll team, you will support end-to-end payroll processing for employees across Latin America, including regular and special pay cycles.
You will help ensure payroll accuracy through disciplined data quality checks and controls, support tax and statutory reporting requirements, and respond to employee inquiries with a customer-first mindset.
You will also partner with payroll vendors and support audit readiness through clear documentation and timely issue resolution.Job ResponsibilitiesProcess end-to-end payroll for regular and special pay cycles in an in-house processing modelPerform payroll data validation and control checks to ensure accuracy, escalating issues proactivelyManage statutory requirements, including income tax, social security contributions, and required payroll reportingSupport internal and external payroll audits by preparing documentation and responding to inquiriesPartner with payroll vendors to support service quality, issue resolution, and timely deliveryManage payroll calendars, deadlines,



and cutoffs to ensure consistent and timely executionProduce payroll reporting and analytics based on business needsRespond to employee payroll inquiries professionally and within expected timelinesIdentify opportunities to streamline processes and improve controls through standardization and automationRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field, or equivalent professional experienceMinimum 3 years of experience supporting Latin America payroll processing in an in-house modelExperience using SAP HR PayrollAdvanced English proficiency (written and spoken)Strong attention to detail and a control-focused mindsetStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlinesProficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and lookup functionsKnowledge of payroll and time and attendance processes and reporting toolsStrong written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-service mindsetPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsExperience working in a multinational environmentExperience supporting payroll audits and regulatory reportingInterest in process improvement and automation, including creating more efficient controls and reportingExperience supporting multiple countries within Latin AmericaFamiliarity with payroll vendor management and service oversight
