We're looking for a Product Information Manager to lead the collection, management, and syndication of product content across e-commerce and reseller channels for a U.S.-based sales and marketing agency.
This role is critical to driving content accuracy, consistency, and scalability, ensuring product data is complete, optimized, and effectively distributed to support sales growth across platforms including Amazon and key reseller partners.This is not a virtual assistant role.

and conversion-focused messagingEnsure all content meets platform compliance requirements before syndicationContent Syndication and DistributionSyndicate product content across key merchandising and reseller platformsMaintain consistent and accurate data flow across all channelsResolve formatting or data issues that could suppress listings or reduce visibilityCommunicate results with Strategic Account Managers, the Sales Enablement team, and manufacturing clients via the TRG POP reportData Quality and GovernanceMaintain data standards, naming conventions, and content integrity across all SKUsEliminate outdated or inaccurate content and create a single source of truth within the PIMEnsure fully enriched SKUs are ready for syndication at all timesCross-Functional Collaboration and Sales SupportWork with sales, creative, and manufacturer teams to support product launches with complete contentAlign content strategy with go-to-market initiativesAssist with lead follow-up, nurturing activities, and campaign support as neededMaintain clear and detailed notes for all interactionsWhat You Bring2+ years of experience in PIM, e-commerce content management, or catalog managementHands-on experience with PIM systems and Amazon content requirements preferredStrong written and verbal English communication skillsComfortable speaking with U.S.-based business professionalsHigh attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and content managementOrganized and able to manage multiple tasks and follow structured processesProactive mindset: you identify gaps and fix them without being askedAvailability during U.S. business hoursNice to HaveExperience syndicating content across reseller platforms such as Essendant, Grainger,
