Position Summary
The UI/UX Designer is responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile applications.
This role involves translating business requirements and user needs into functional, visually appealing designs through research, wireframing, prototyping, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Roles & Responsibilities
Design intuitive and visually compelling user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, and interactive prototypes.
Conduct user research and basic usability testing to validate design decisions.
Translate business and technical requirements into user-friendly design solutions.
Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders.




Ensure consistency in design systems and adherence to brand guidelines.
Apply user-centered design principles and industry best practices.
Iterate designs based on user feedback and data insights.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.
Strong understanding of user-centered design (UCD) principles and usability standards.
Ability to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Basic knowledge of usability testing methodologies.
Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or related field.
