Job Description This is a remote position.We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Litigation Assistant to join a growing legal team.
This is a fully remote opportunity open to international candidates only.
Applicants must have prior litigation experience and must be bilingual in English and Spanish—these are non-negotiable requirements for this role.Key Responsibilities: Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys handling litigation cases Draft, format, and review legal documents and correspondence Manage case files, track deadlines, and ensure all case materials are up to date Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and third parties in both English and Spanish Coordinate filings, discovery, and document production Maintain accurate, organized, and compliant case records Qualifications: Required:
