This role is adecuado for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, data, and systems, and is passionate about building scalable processes that drive growth.You will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and scaling our CRM and marketing automation ecosystem, ensuring clean data, efficient workflows, and actionable insights for the marketing and sales teams.What You'll DoOwn and manage the CRM platform (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar)Design, build, and optimize marketing automation workflowsEnsure data quality, governance, and segmentation strategiesCollaborate with marketing, sales,



and RevOps teams to align processesDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports to track performanceImplement lead scoring models and lifecycle management processesManage integrations between CRM and other tools (email, ads, analytics, etc.)Support campaign execution through list management and automationIdentify opportunities to improve funnel conversion and operational efficiencyDocument processes and maintain CRM best practicesRequirements3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, CRM management, or similar rolesHands-on experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalents)Strong understanding of marketing automation and lead lifecycle managementExperience with data analysis, reporting, and dashboardsFamiliarity with integrations (APIs, Zapier, or similar tools)Strong attention to detail and data accuracyAbility to work cross-functionally with marketing and sales teamsAdvanced English communication skills (written and verbal)Nice to HaveExperience in B2B SaaS environmentsKnowledge of SQL or data tools (e.g., BigQuery, Looker, Tableau)Experience with attribution modeling and funnel analyticsBackground in Revenue Operations (RevOps)What do we offer?
