What you will be doing
As an experienced .NET Developer, you will collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to participate in the architecture, design, development, launching, and maintenance of our backend services, APIs, and distributed systems. You'll work in an environment where we're actively reshaping how software is built; moving from traditional development practices toward ones where generative tools and human engineering judgment work together at every stage. We expect deep engineering fundamentals and demonstrated fluency in AI-assisted development, with the ability to translate AI usage into measurable engineering impact through better delivery speed, code quality, and team effectiveness.

Main Responsibilities:
Design and delivery
Collaborate with the rest of the engineering team to design, build, and launch new features across backend services, APIs, and distributed systems
Design and implement scalable, resilient services using our technology stack, which includes .NET, SQL Server, message brokers, gRPC, and DAPR, among other tools




Apply Domain-Driven Design and Event-Driven Architecture patterns to model complex business domains and keep services loosely coupled
Build and maintain RESTful APIs and gRPC services, using code generation and AI assistance to accelerate scaffolding while applying your own judgment to architecture, logic, and boundaries
Write comprehensive unit, integration, and API tests, leveraging generative tools to expand coverage and surface edge cases
Maintain code integrity and organization; apply your understanding of data protection and security to avoid unnecessary risks.
AI-assisted engineering practices
Apply GenAI tools across the development lifecycle: code generation, refactoring, test authoring, code review preparation, debugging, and documentation
Evaluate generated output critically for correctness, performance, security, and fit with our architecture; tools accelerate you, but you own what ships
Identify high-impact development tasks where AI-assisted approaches can reduce manual effort or improve quality, build reusable workflows, and measure the improvement through agreed engineering outcomes
Experiment with emerging techniques (AI-assisted architectural analysis, automated refactoring, intelligent code review), document effective patterns, and share findings with the team to support broader adoption
Contribute to scalable AI-assisted engineering practices by documenting reusable patterns, clarifying where AI adds value or introduces risk, and helping the team apply those practices consistently.
Knowledge and skills you need to have
At least 5 years as a Software Engineer with C# as the primary language
Strong proficiency with .NET and .NET Framework, SOLID/DRY principles, asynchronous programming, and SQL Server
Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs, ASP.NET, ADO.NET, and code versioning tools (Git,



AzureDevOps)
Solid DevOps practices (Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD)
Experience with Domain-Driven Design, Event-Driven Architecture, Microservices, message brokers / event streaming, gRPC, OAuth 2.0, and DAPR
