You will be the company's "idea factory": your task is to design the strategy and messaging that our Content Creators will transform into video contentResponsibilitiesConstant ideation of new formats for organic channels (TikTok, Reels, Shorts) and creative angles for paid advertising campaignsScripting the structure for video ads (Meta, TikTok, YouTube), defining Hook, Beat, and PayoffContinuous research to anticipate trends and maintain a competitive advantageDeveloping multiple variations of each idea to test message effectiveness and optimize conversions (A/B testing)Working in synergy with the marketing team, content creators,
