We are looking for a
Senior Fullstack Developer
with strong expertise in
Ruby on Rails
and proven experience in
React.js
. This is a long-term, full-time role where you will contribute to the development of a scalable marketplace platform with a clear social impact.
You'll be part of an international team, collaborating directly with global stakeholders, and will play a key role in building new features, integrating third-party services, and improving application performance.
5+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails
in production environments.
2+ years of hands-on experience with React.js
in production.
Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL and cloud environments (AWS is a plus).
Advanced English – C1 or higher (mandatory)
to interact with international stakeholders.
Current residence in
Argentina
(mandatory).
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and focus on high-quality code.
Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using
Ruby on Rails
.
Build and optimize
modern user interfaces
with
React.js
.
Create and integrate
REST APIs
and third-party services.
Ensure clean,
maintainable code through testing and debugging.
Collaborate in an
Agile
environment with distributed teams.
Participate in code reviews, contribute to architectural decisions, and propose improvements.
