2–4 years of experience in B2B sales—ideally in SaaS, e-commerce, or tech.
Strong communication and consultative selling skills.
Familiarity with the e-commerce ecosystem in Argentina: marketplaces, ERPs, logistics.
Comfortable using tools like HubSpot, CRM systems, and virtual demo platforms.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Based in Argentina.
Spanish fluency required; English is a plus.
Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle—from lead qualification to demo, proposal, and closing.
Conduct discovery calls to understand customer needs, pain points, and goals.
Run tailored product demos that showcase how Base solves key operational challenges.
Collaborate closely with the Implementation team to ensure smooth handoffs post-sale.
Maintain a high volume of activity: outbound outreach, inbound follow-ups, CRM updates.
Help improve our sales process by sharing market feedback and local insights.
Build strong relationships with prospects, partners, and the broader e-commerce ecosystem in Argentina.
