We partner strategically with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and distribute through the Oracle Marketplace, serving enterprise clients across healthcare, financial services, education, retail, and aviation.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Jr Account Manager to join our sales team.
In this role, you will work closely with senior team members to deliver tailored VDI solutions to mid-market and enterprise clients across North America, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for mid-tier growth accounts, managing routine check-ins and delivering product updates to ensure high engagement.
Facilitate the renewal process for growth accounts by gathering usage data, updating CRM records, and coordinating schedules (reporting to the Senior Account Manager).
Screen inbound inquiries from existing customers; triage technical/billing issues to support teams and elevate high-value commercial opportunities to leadership.
Conduct deep-dive research on accounts prior to strategic calls, analyzing contract history, usage trends,



and competitive signals to prepare comprehensive call briefs.
Drive engagement for free trial submissions and active Proof of Concepts (POCs), maintaining a consistent cadence and documenting outcomes.
Execute targeted outbound campaigns for specific upsell segments.
Maintain meticulous records within the CRM, including opportunity creation, stage updates, and activity logging to ensure data-driven forecasting.
Requisitos
+2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B tech environment or as a high-performing SDR looking to move into closing.
Full professional proficiency in English and/or Portuguese (both written and spoken).
Experience with Zoho CRM, HubSpot, or similar tools to manage deal stages.
Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Outreach, or Apollo.
A results-driven attitude.
High capacity to handle rejection and maintain a positive, professional attitude.
Ability to quickly master the product's technical specifications and explain ROI to stakeholders.
