Property Management Coordinator
On behalf of our client, we are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Property Management Coordinator to support our client remotely.
This role ensures smooth operations, accurate record-keeping, and excellent tenant relations.
The idóneo candidate is proactive, adaptable, and skilled in administrative and operational tasks related to property management.

Key Responsibilities
Lease & Tenant Management
Draft, review, and execute new lease agreements.
Process tenant applications and verify that all documentation is complete.
Verify tenant utilities and track renters' insurance compliance.
Monitor and manage tenant delinquencies, coordinating with finance or collections as needed.
Property Operations & Compliance
Review unit inspections and follow up on required maintenance or repairs.




Prepare rental comparables and market analysis reports.
Manage and maintain current business licenses, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Ad Hoc & Administrative Support
Assist with special projects or requests from management.
Generate reports, maintain files, and support general administrative needs.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, or other stakeholders as needed.
Requirements
2 years of experience in property management, tenant management, real estate administration, or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency with property management software (AppFolio experience a plus) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with team members.
Knowledge of leasing, tenant relations, and compliance requirements is a plus.
Two professional references and a valid criminal background check issued within the last 60 days are required for all successful applicants.
Completion of intake paperwork, including submission of a valid tax identification number (e.g., Social Security Number, Social Insurance Number, or the country's equivalent), is required before onboarding.
Working Hours
Full-Time (40 hours per week) Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Pacific Time
Pay
$800 + $55 allowance per month
