Role Overview
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic
Senior Sales Executive
to drive new business growth across South America (Spanish speaking countries), focusing on corporate accounts.
This role is responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding SAP Concur's footprint in key markets, delivering value-driven solutions in travel and expense management.
This is a consultative sales role that requires strong business acumen, relationship-building capabilities, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
Location
Candidate could be based in Chile (preferred), Perú or Argentina.
Key Responsibilities
Own the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, focused on new customers
Develop and execute strategic account plans across South America
Engage with C-level and senior stakeholders, positioning SAP Concur as a strategic partner
Identify customer pain points and align solutions with business outcomes
Build and maintain a strong pipeline with high-quality opportunities
Collaborate with partners, internal teams, and ecosystem players to drive deals forward
Lead complex negotiations and manage long, consultative sales cycles
Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility
Senior Sales Profile (Key Attributes)
Strong consultative selling mindset, focused on understanding client needs before positioning solutions
High level of emotional intelligence, with the ability to read situations, adapt communication, and build trust
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, translating complex solutions into clear business value
Proven ability to influence and navigate complex organizations
Resilience with a strong drive for results
Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution discipline
Collaborative approach, working cross-functionally and leveraging internal and external stakeholders
Day-to-Day (What a Senior Seller Does)
Engage in high-level conversations with prospects, focusing on business challenges and value creation
Continuously build and nurture relationships across different levels within target accounts
Qualify opportunities deeply, ensuring alignment between customer needs and solution fit
Drive deal progression through effective follow-ups, stakeholder management, and clear next steps
Leverage insights, data, and market knowledge to refine approach and messaging
Partner with marketing and ecosystem teams to generate and accelerate pipeline
Act as a trusted advisor throughout the entire customer journey
Success Profile
