We are looking for a Training Facilitator to strategically expand the footprint of one of our key clients in the entertainment sector across the OLA region.
This role will involve facilitating in-country training content for the client's major U.S.-based destinations and experiences.
The Training Facilitator will provide significant support to the Orlando-based Training Manager, ensuring that training needs are met efficiently and effectively in key Spanish-speaking markets.
Actividades Que Desempeñarás
Content Facilitation: Actively deliver and communicate product content related to U.S.-based destinations and experiences to front-line travel professionals and contracted accounts in the Spanish language across Argentina, Colombia, Chile, and Peru.
Needs Assessment: Partner with the Client Solutions Manager to identify and assess specific training needs within each key LATAM market, providing actionable recommendations.
Training Implementation: Implement approved training content and fulfill the educational requirements of travel professionals and key accounts.
Marketing Support: Provide essential support to the Client Solutions Team for marketing-related activities, including recording voice-over audios, managing translations, and overseeing updates of marketing tools and materials.
Stakeholder Engagement: Proactively engage with various stakeholders to enhance the reach and effectiveness of training initiatives.
Problem Resolution: Utilize critical thinking skills to perform time-sensitive actions,



deliver training content, mitigate risks, and resolve issues as they arise, ensuring smooth execution of training plans.
Coordination: Collaborate effectively with in-country Sales Managers as necessary to align training efforts with regional sales strategies.
Experiencia Que Contribuye Al Éxito
Bilingual Proficiency: Fully fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal).
International Mobility: Demonstrated ability and willingness to travel internationally across the LATAM region as required for in-country training delivery.
Experience & Certification: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in training, adult education, or a related field.
Customer Service Acumen: Outstanding customer service skills, capable of fostering positive relationships with trainees and stakeholders.
Logistics & Implementation: Strong background in training delivery, implementation, and logistical coordination.
Problem-Solving & Advisory: Ability to proactively identify potential issues, resolve problems, and advise managers on situations requiring further action or procedural concerns.
Autonomy & Proactivity: Highly motivated, self-starting individual with demonstrated autonomy, capable of working independently, adapting to change, and taking initiative to meet or exceed expectations.
Organizational Skills: Process-centric thinking, strong organizational skills, and exceptional attention to detail, with a keen eye for process improvement opportunities.
