We are an interdisciplinary creative team offering services in Design, Video, Ads, and more. To support our international growth and ensure creative continuity overnight, we're looking for an experienced
Art Director
based in Argentina to lead operations during the APAC shift.

What you'll do
You'll act as the key bridge between our APAC creative team (Graphic Designer & Video Editor/Motion Designer) and our EMEA leads. Your mission is to keep projects moving, priorities clear, and quality high.
Oversee the daily execution of creative projects during the APAC shift.
Manage workflow: assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure on-time delivery.
Translate briefs into clear action plans, aligning on visual goals and deliverables.
Ensure consistency with the broader creative strategy and visual language.
Review outputs, provide feedback, and push for creative excellence before handoff.
Anticipate roadblocks and proactively resolve or escalate issues.
Maintain real-time communication with leads in Europe to ensure seamless transitions.
Run short internal check-ins with the APAC team to keep everything aligned.
Help refine creative processes through your strategic and organizational vision.
Work fluently in both Spanish and English.

Who you are
Multidisciplinary
You have solid experience in both graphic design and video/motion workflows. You speak both languages fluently and can lead creatives across disciplines.
Hands-on
You're not afraid to jump into Figma or Premiere when needed.



Whether it's a last-minute design fix or a quick video tweak, you know how to help when things get tight.
Strong communicator
You manage up and down with clarity and empathy. You understand what stakeholders care about and how to prioritize accordingly.
Proactive
You see problems before they escalate, and you take action to keep the team moving forward.
Organized & Reliable
You can juggle multiple timelines, teams, and deliverables without losing track. You're dependable, self-managed, and solutions-focused.
Experienced
You have 5+ years of creative direction experience, leading design/video teams or managing multidisciplinary projects.

Tools & Software
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere)
Figma
Slack, Notion, Trello or similar project management tools
Bonus: Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS, Canva, Webflow, or similar platforms
