We will count on you to:
Understand client risks and support Senior colleagues in advising clients on insurance strategy solutions.
Contribute with new ideas to improve Marsh's approach with its clients.
Conduct market researches, build sales presentations and develop sales proposals for prospects.
Collaborate with colleagues to identify, evaluate and negotiate insurance carrier coverage policies to meet client needs.




Support commercial teams in biddings and renewals.
What you need to have:
New graduate or a bachelor's degree with graduation no more than 4 years in Engineering.
Fluent in both English and Spanish.
Third language is a plus.
Excel.
PowerPoint.
