All coaches on IGotAnOffer have either gone through an ID check or a 30-minute Zoom call to verify their background.
You can cancel or reschedule coaching sessions for free as long as you do so more than 24 hours before the start of your session.
Within 24 hours, it is not possible to reschedule or cancel your session.
If you fail to attend a coaching session or are more than 15 minutes late, the session will be considered a "no show" and will be counted as having been used.
If you aren't satisfied with a coaching session for any reason, contact us within 24 hours of the end of your session and you'll be eligible for a refund.

You can use credits with any coach.
There's no deadline to use credits.
If you're not happy with your coaching session, contact us within 24 hours for a refund.
