About this opportunity
We invite an experienced Intermediate DevSecOps Engineer to join our team and support a stable AWS-based cloud environment. In this role, you'll work closely with engineering teams to maintain reliable infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and overall system performance.

Key responsibilities and your contribution
In this role, you'll work closely with engineering teams to support and enhance cloud infrastructure and DevSecOps practices within a modern AWS environment.
Maintain and improve cloud infrastructure across multi-account AWS environments
Support day-to-day DevOps and DevSecOps operations, ensuring reliability and performance
Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
Enhance Infrastructure as Code and automation practices
Monitor system health, performance, and stability, and troubleshoot production issues
Support application infrastructure across backend and mobile services
Support security and compliance requirements (HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO *****, and PCI DSS)
Contribute to cloud security practices, including identity and access management, vulnerability management, and Zero Trust principles
Collaborate with engineering teams to improve platform reliability, security, and efficiency

Is that you?
3+ years of experience in DevOps or DevSecOps roles
Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and services




Experience building and maintaining AWS infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code and Policy as Code practices (Terraform/Terragrunt)
Experience with AWS Organizations, Control Tower, and IAM Identity Center
Experience with AWS security services such as GuardDuty and Security Hub
Strong Linux administration and troubleshooting skills
Experience working with Docker and Kubernetes in containerized environments
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions
Familiarity with distributed systems and microservices architectures
Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and AWS CloudWatch
Experience with cloud security tools such as Prisma Cloud, Wiz, Snyk, Tenable, SentinelOne, or similar
Understanding of Zero Trust security principles
Experience with security and compliance standards, including HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO *****, and PCI DSS
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional engineering teams

Experience supporting infrastructure for Ruby on Rails applications
Experience working in backend and mobile engineering environments (Go, Python, Rust, Swift, Kotlin, and C++)
Experience working within multi-account AWS environments
Familiarity with AWS serverless services (Lambda, API Gateway)
Exposure to service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd)
Exposure to databases and caching technologies (PostgreSQL, Redis, Memcached)
