Chief Data Engineer (Salesforce Tableau & ThoughtSpot)
Epam Systems is looking for a Chief Data Engineer (Salesforce Tableau) to shape high-impact reporting and visualization with Salesforce Tableau and ThoughtSpot across the organization.
Responsibilities include:
Design and deliver reporting solutions using Salesforce Tableau & ThoughtSpot
Build and sustain data integration processes that power reporting requirements
Analyze data flow across systems to maintain report accuracy and reliability
Collaborate with stakeholders to capture reporting needs and translate them into technical solutions
Optimize dashboards and reports to improve performance and usability
Troubleshoot and resolve data integration and visualization issues
Provide guidance and best practices for reporting and data visualization initiatives
Document technical specifications, processes, and reporting workflows
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience as a Data Engineer or Reporting Engineer




Deep expertise in Salesforce Tableau and ThoughtSpot
Hands-on experience with data integration
Solid understanding of data flow across systems and reporting environments
Demonstrated ability to partner with stakeholders and convert business needs into technical solutions
English proficiency at B2 level (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
