You'll be speaking with warm prospects who have requested information about our land. Your job is to build rapport, overcome objections, and close deals.
Qualifications
2+ years of proven sales experience
Prior experience with cold calling, telemarketing, and generating new leads
Key Responsibilities
Full-time position (Monday through Friday/PST time)
Advanced conversational, reading and writing English skills
Daily led follow-ups and consistent communication with clients (Inbound/Outbound)
Note taking and record keeping for every client interaction
Familiarity with U.S. addresses, cities, and states




Price negotiation and closing deals
Managing communication via calls, text, and email
Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets
