At Ryz Labs we are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized
Tagging Assistant
to join the Intake Operations team of one of our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately titling collectible assets and performing quality checks to ensure compliance with the standards. This includes handling vintage, modern, and TCG (Trading Card Game) items such as Pokémon and Magic: The Gathering cards.
Key Responsibilities
Title cards accurately and consistently according to the company standards.
Conduct visual quality control (QC) checks to identify defects such as dust, stickers, or image issues.
Compile and submit detailed lists of items requiring re-imaging.
Collaborate with team members to meet daily intake and processing deadlines.




Enter and verify serial number information for assets as needed.
Deliverables
Maintain a
99% or higher accuracy rate
in titling assigned assets.
Meet service level agreements (SLAs) for titling and submission of QC/re-image reports.
Achieve established daily and weekly throughput goals.
Qualifications
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to follow strict guidelines and standards.
Experience with collectibles or trading cards is a plus.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Basic data entry skills and familiarity with using internal systems.
