What We're Hiring For
We are creating a remote sales and outreach team with different roles tailored to skill and
experience levels:
1. First Contact Specialists (Cold Calling Reps)
? Make outbound calls to potential clients (90+ per shift)
? Follow scripts and set appointments for closers
? Learn high-level sales skills from day one
2. Customer Retention & Sales Specialists
? Reach out to existing customers to offer upgrades, new services, and support
? Handle inbound inquiries and turn them into repeat orders
? Build real relationships and grow client loyalty
3. Performance-Based Sales Closers
? Take over warm leads and turn them into paying clients




? Work independently, manage your pipeline, and earn high commissions
? This role is for experienced salespeople hungry for big commissions
? Location: Argentina
? Strong spoken English and Spanish with confidence and personality
? Comfortable on the phone — you sound natural, not robotic
? Motivated by money and results
? Full-time availability (Monday-Friday plus rotating Saturdays)
? Able to handle rejection and keep going
? Organized and tech-savvy (Hubspot CRM experience is a plus)
? At least 2 years experience in Sales, Cold Calling or Call Centers
? Base pay that recognizes effort regardless of results.
