The Wow
We're looking for a
Reconciliation Analyst
who thrives in dynamic, high-volume environments and is passionate about keeping things in order. You'll be part of a Finance team that values accuracy, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration.
A taster of what you will be involved with:
Perform
daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations
of incoming and outgoing financial transactions.
Detect and resolve
discrepancies
between internal systems and external reports.
Collaborate with the
Accounting team
to ensure the accuracy and consistency of financial records.
Suggest improvements to current processes and participate in
automation initiatives
.
Keep operational documentation up to date and aligned with internal controls.
What we are looking for
Advanced student or graduate in
Accounting, Finance, Business Administration
, or related fields.
Experience in reconciliations
, ideally with large datasets or fast-paced companies.
Fluent in English




(written and spoken) – you'll use it daily to collaborate across teams.
Proficient in
Excel
(pivot tables, formulas, etc.).
Comfortable with
ERP systems
and financial tools.
Detail-oriented, analytical, autonomous, and organized.
Passionate about
accounting
and eager to work in a team that shares that love.
Able to work with
tight deadlines
during month-end closing processes.
