Join our People Operations team and help shape Fever’s people strategy to attract, support, and grow our people.

The Role
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a key role within Fever’s People department, working closely with hiring managers and cross‑functional teams to support integral recruitment efforts and contribute to the overall talent strategy of the company.

What You’ll Do
- Identify and source high‑quality candidates through a variety of channels
- Manage the full‑cycle recruitment process: creating job ads, screening applications, phone interviews, video screening, candidate testing, conducting interviews, and coordinating with the hiring teams
- Work closely with hiring managers to define the recruitment process
- Provide a world‑class candidate experience
- Communicate feedback effectively to applicants
- Attend virtual job fairs, e‑meetups, etc. to spread the Fever message
- Manage the existing pipeline of candidates and identify future opportunities for growth

- Strong stakeholder manager with excellent communication skills, market insight, and proven expertise up to director level to drive decisions through data and reporting
- Eager to learn and help: you understand your team’s overall goal and not just your own objectives

Requirements
- +3 years of experience, preferably in‑house within a similar tech or related industry player; experience in a fast‑growing environment is a plus
- A degree in Business, Psychology, Law, or a similar field
- C2 or Native English level; other languages are a plus
- Experience working with ATS systems
- Experience with recruiting tools such as Linke
