What you’ll do
Business Technology Solutions Associate in the Technology area.

You will be responsible for developing, configuring, and delivering Salesforce solutions that automate and optimize business processes for ZS clients. You will work closely with Business Analysts,



Solution Architects, Technical Architects, and client teams to translate business requirements into high‑quality, scalable Salesforce implementations while continuing to grow your technical skillset.

As a Salesforce Developer you will be expected to work on multiple SF cloud including but not limited to Salesforce Lifesciences Cloud, Agentforce, Salesforce DataCloud, Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud.
- Develop and customize Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Salesforce configuration
- Implement Salesforce functionality using a combination of out‑of‑the‑box features and custom development on the Force.com platform
- Build and maintain Flows, Triggers, Workflow Rules, and Approval Processes
- Develop and support integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Apex callouts, and middleware tools
