About the PositionWe are looking for a Delivery Manager to support the successful execution of complex, large-scale software development initiatives. In this role, you will act as a key bridge between product, engineering, and stakeholders, ensuring that teams operate with clarity, consistency, and efficiency.
ResponsibilitiesDelivery & Team Leadership
- Oversee the delivery of complex and large-scale software development projects.
- Lead, coach, and support delivery team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure that all project deliverables meet quality standards, contractual commitments, and industry best practices.
- Implement and promote best practices to continuously improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure requirements are clearly understood, consistently met, and aligned with the expansion of existing business areas.
- Handle underperformance cases
- Work on internal projects driving
