For Pluscargo USA, a general logistics company expanding in the United States, we are looking for a Sales Development Representative (Junior) ?
? You will be part of the commercial team, playing a key role in generating new business opportunities and building the company’s sales pipeline.
? Job Type: Full Time & Hybrid
? San Isidro, Buenos Aires
Main responsibilities:
? Prospect potential clients using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, databases, and other platforms
? Conduct cold calls, send personalized emails, and follow up to generate qualified leads
? Schedule meetings with the sales team and support commercial initiatives
? Maintain and update the sales pipeline in CRM systems
? Achieve targets related to lead generation and business opportunities
Requirements:
✔ Advanced or bilingual English (written and spoken) – mandatory
✔ Strong communication skills and proactive mindset
✔ Interest in sales and business development
