Required

- 4 + years as a Scrum Master for preferably for data programs
- Expertise in multiple agile frameworks (SAFe, Scrum,

Kanban, etc.)

- Demonstrated experience in supporting multiple scrum teams simultaneously.
- Knowledge and use of industry standard tools, e.g.,

Azure DevOps, Jira.

- Ability to identify risks to project success and recommend course of action to prevent risk from negatively impacting the project; Effectively recognize when to escalate issues and options to senior management for resolution.
- Strong communication skills to lead interactions with business and technology leaders.
- Strong networking ability to communicate & interact with diverse talent and an attitude to thrive in a fun fast paced startup like environment.
- Strong communication skills, Negotiation skills, influencing skills, collaborative mindset.
- Strong understanding of application development lifecycle management (DevOps and CI/CD).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills. Must be able to communicate fluently in

English both verbally and in writing.

Preferred

- Scrum Master and/or SAFe certified
- Mandatory - Spanish Language
