Role Description
This is a full‑time, on‑site role based in Pilar for a Product Manager. The Product Manager will oversee the development and performance of Lynk & Co’s products, work with cross‑functional teams to deliver innovative solutions, and analyze market trends to align product offerings with customer needs. The role includes managing product lifecycle, setting product strategy, coordinating with external stakeholders, and ensuring effective product launches and marketing strategies.

Qualifications




- Proven experience in Product Management, including product lifecycle management and strategy development.
- Strong background in Market Research and Data Analysis to evaluate customer needs and industry trends.
- Proficiency in Marketing and Branding strategies to successfully position and promote products.
- Excellent Project Management, Planning, and Organizational skills to lead cross‑functional teams and meet deadlines.
- Exceptional Communication, Presentation, and Stakeholder Management skills.
- Familiarity with technology and automotive industry trends is a plus.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken, is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Passion for innovative automotive solutions and an understanding of the premium vehicle market are highly advantageous.
