Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support outbound lead generation and business development efforts within the US staffing and recruitment industry.
You will be responsible for identifying potential hiring clients, initiating conversations with decision-makers, and booking qualified meetings for the sales team. This role is adecuado for someone with strong outbound sales experience and an understanding of recruitment, staffing, or B2B service sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting to US-based companies through cold calls, email, and Linked In outreach.
- Identify companies with active or upcoming hiring needs across tech and professional roles.
- Engage with HR leaders, founders, hiring managers, and procurement teams.
- Qualify leads and book meetings for Account Executives.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients in the CRM.
- Research target accounts, hiring trends,
and industry needs.
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach and pipeline activity.
- Collaborate with internal sales and recruitment teams to refine messaging and targeting.
- Consistently achieve outreach and meeting-booked KPIs.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or outbound B2B sales.
- Experience in staffing, recruitment, HR tech, RPO, or B2B service sales is highly preferred.
- Strong cold calling and outbound prospecting experience.
- Proven ability to engage US-based decision-makers.
- Experience using CRM systems such as Hub Spot, Salesforce, or similar.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills (US business communication preferred).
- Strong resilience, organisation, and target-driven mindset.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment aligned to US business hours.
- Reliable internet connection and professional remote setup.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience selling staffing or recruitment services into the US market.
- Experience using tools such as Linked In Sales Navigator, Apollo, Zoom Info, or Outreach.
- Exposure to SaaS or B2B service-based sales environments.
