- Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, UX/UI Design, Graphic Design or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-3 years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in Figma and FigJam is mandatory; familiarity with Notion, Miro, and other collaboration tools is preferred.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, UX processes, and best practices.
- Attention to detail and excellent visual design skills.
- Clear, concise, and user-centric copywriting skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Advanced English proficiency, with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Team player with a collaborative spirit and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

We are looking for someone able to
- Design and develop user-centered interfaces, creating flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that align with user needs and business goals.
- Collaborate closely with developers, product managers,



and other cross-functional team members to ensure design consistency and alignment with project objectives.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and improve designs.
- Provide detailed and scalable hand-offs to developers, ensuring that your designs are implemented effectively.
- Stay current with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our products ahead of the curve.
- Manage your time effectively to meet project deadlines, while maintaining high-quality design standards.
- Analyze data and user behavior to inform and refine your design decisions.
- Maintain clear and concise communication across the team, advocating for the user and delivering user-centric solutions.

Other valuable skills
- Animation skills to bring your designs to life.
- Basic front-end knowledge to facilitate collaboration with developers (e.g., understanding HTML/CSS concepts).
- Experience working in the healthcare industry
