About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Scheduler to join our team in a dynamic, client-facing role supporting Synergy HomeCare operations. This position is fast-paced, requires strong communication and multitasking abilities, and offers long-term growth opportunities for candidates who excel in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
Recruiting & Talent Coordination
- Source, screen, and conduct virtual interviews for caregiver positions.
- Manage candidate pipeline and applicant tracking systems.
- Conduct pre-screening and virtual first interviews.
- Complete documentation follow-ups and collaborate with hiring managers on candidate selection.
Staffing & Scheduling
- Create and manage caregiver schedules to ensure full client coverage.
- Handle shift changes, call-offs, schedule conflicts, and clock-in/clock-out verifications.
- Monitor staffing levels and proactively address coverage gaps.
- Coordinate scheduling needs with caregivers and clients.
Client Relations
- Serve as the operational point of contact for client inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise owners.
- Address client concerns and escalate issues when necessary.
- Participate in client meetings and provide status updates.
Prospecting & Business Development
- Support new client onboarding and setup.
- Assist with operational elements of prospect conversations.
- Identify opportunities to expand service offerings.
General Operations
- Manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Handle inbound calls professionally and diplomatically.
- Work effectively with difficult personalities.
- Maintain accurate records across multiple platforms (Excel, Dropbox, cloud systems, AxisCare).
- Collaborate daily with distributed team members via Zoom.
