We’re Hiring: Revenue Manager

Are you analytical, commercially minded, and excited by turning data into growth? We’re looking for a Revenue Manager to lead pricing strategy, optimise performance, and drive revenue outcomes across our portfolio.
This role is idóneo for someone who enjoys balancing data analysis with strategic decision-making and can confidently translate insights into action.

What You’ll Do
Develop and execute revenue management strategies to maximise performance and profitability
Analyse market trends, demand patterns, competitor positioning, and pricing opportunities
Monitor KPIs and produce regular revenue and forecasting reports
Optimise pricing, occupancy/utilization, and inventory strategies
Identify revenue growth opportunities and implement improvements
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, sales, marketing, and leadership teams
Track performance metrics and recommend actions based on insights
Build and maintain forecasting models and reporting dashboards




Support budgeting and long-term revenue planning
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in Revenue Management, Pricing, Revenue Operations, Hospitality, STR, Property Management, or a similar analytical role
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with Excel/Google Sheets and reporting tools
Comfortable working with large datasets and performance metrics
Ability to make data-driven decisions and explain recommendations clearly
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Experience with revenue management software, PMS, CRM, BI tools, or forecasting platforms is a plus
Nice to Have
Experience in hospitality, short-term rentals, real estate, e-commerce, SaaS, or multi-unit operations
Knowledge of pricing optimisation and demand forecasting
Experience managing multiple accounts or business units
