About the role

We're launching The Modern Forwarder a podcast and content brand for the freight forwarding industry, hosted by a second-generation operator. Think Diary of a CEO, but for the people quietly running general trade.

We're looking for a Creative Producer to own the content engine end-to-end across the podcast and our short-form ecosystem (LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts).

What you'll do
Edit long-form podcast episodes (audio + video)
Cut short-form clips optimized for retention and hooks
Design thumbnails and episode artwork
Write show notes and handle uploads/distribution
Collaborate directly with the host on creative direction

What we're looking for
Proven podcast editing experience (please share samples)
Strong eye for pacing, hooks, and short-form storytelling
Self-directed, fast-moving, opinionated about creative
Reliable communicator across time zones
Spanish proficiency is a plus (not required)

Compensation to be discussed based on experience and scope. Open to a per-deliverable structure for the right candidate.
