Empresa confidencial — founded by Martín Varsavsky (Jazztel, Prelude Fertility, Gameto, Overture Life) — develops AI systems designed to extend high-quality medical care to people whom medicine does not reach, or does not reach in time.
We combine clinical reasoning with deterministic verification to build products that insurers, telemedicine platforms, hospitals, and health networks embed into their operations.
Already operating in Argentina, expanding across Brazil, Mexico, and Chile.

▸ ??????? — define and build the solutions delivered to B2B clients: telemedicine, insurers, clinics, hospitals.
▸ ?????????? — lead architecture and integration decisions, in coordination with the general engineering team.
▸ ????? ??????? — design AI agents that orchestrate clinical and operational workflows: patient interaction, scheduling, physician calendars, provider networks,



third-party systems.
Reports to the Head of LATAM & Product. Hires and leads a small team of product and AI engineers.

???? ???? ???? ?? ???: an AI research role, or the global CTO role (that already exists).
This is a builder role — hands-on, with full autonomy over the LATAM domain.

→ Senior-level experience building software, including time as a tech lead or hands-on engineering leader
→ Experience building AI agent systems: function calling, tool use, LLM orchestration, state and context management across long-running flows
→ Track record designing and shipping complex integrations with third-party systems (APIs, events, real-time data, operational backends, or enterprise platforms)
→ Strong architecture and systems-design judgment, especially for resilient systems that need to keep working when models, APIs, jobs, or integrations fail
→ Product judgment and direct experience working wi
