Do you possess the business acumen, executive relationships, and technical expertise necessary to establish Amazon as the prime technology platform provider?

As Sales Leader - Strategic Accounts, you will have the exceptional opportunity to lead a team that drives growth and shapes the future of emerging cloud and AI technologies.

Your responsibilities will include driving revenue growth, fostering cloud adoption, representing AWS as the principal executive liaison, and achieving significant market penetration.

Key job responsibilities

- Customer Obsession: Deliver exceptional outcomes for a highly demanding strategic customer, consistently exceeding expectations.

- Strategic Vision: Create and deploy sales strategies grounded in solid technology foundations aligned with customer transformation goals.

- Stakeholder Leadership: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define priorities and drive strategic alignment.

- Revenue Excellence: Drive revenue growth, achieve KPIs, and meet or exceed quarterly targets while maintaining a robust sales pipeline.





- Hire and develop the best, building a high‑performing team capable of executing complex enterprise engagements.

Basic Qualifications

- 10+ years of technology related sales, business development or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of sales management experience
- Experience in management of large, complex enterprise accounts or equivalent
- Demonstrates advanced English proficiency for effective communication in technical and business contexts.

- Solid technical foundation to engage credibly with technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

- Master's degree
- Bachelor's degree
